Mission Statement

Remeria is a nonprofit organization supporting human healing, nervous system care, and personal evolution through body-based practices, somatic tools, and non-traditional approaches to emotional wellness. We exist to serve individuals who feel overwhelmed, disconnected, or stuck -- including combat veterans with PTSD and those navigating invisible emotional pain. Our mission is to make deep, long-lasting healing accessible, real, and rooted in lived human experience -- not trends, dogma, or surface-level self-help.

Description

Remeria is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit created to make deep, body-based healing accessible for those living with emotional overload, trauma, or disconnection - including combat veterans with PTSD and high-functioning adults who often feel stuck.

We were founded by a Marine veteran and a spiritual coach who both lived through intense personal struggles and discovered that most healing paths felt either too clinical or too shallow. So we built what was missing: a human-first approach to nervous system care, somatic healing, and true internal transformation - without fluff, pressure, or performance.

Right now, we’re in our growth phase - building systems, tools, and programs to serve our community sustainably. Our future offerings will include trauma-informed breathwork, nature-based retreats, emotional reset tools, and community-led healing sessions. We’ve already begun supporting individuals through private mentoring, educational resources, and online content - with every product or donation feeding directly back into our nonprofit mission.

Our goal is to become a home for real healing and reconnection - especially for those who feel like nothing else has worked.
