Brook Hill Farm was established in 2001 when the Executive Director made the decision to begin rescuing and rehabilitating horses in need. Since its inception, the farm has evolved from a rescue operation into a sanctuary for both horses and people. Brook Hill Farm is proud to offer a diverse range of programs, including United Neigh, which serves at-risk youth; Rockin Riders, a program dedicated to individuals with physical and mental disabilities; the Seniors Helping Seniors program, which connects senior citizens with senior horses; and Heroes and Horses, a program focused on providing physical and cognitive rehabilitation for veterans.

These programs represent just a few of the ways Brook Hill Farm serves the community, and we are committed to expanding and enhancing these initiatives in the years to come. Our mission remains steadfast in providing a safe haven for horses from all walks of life.

To date, Brook Hill Farm has helped over 550 horses and proudly boasts a 100% high school graduation rate among the youth who have participated in our programs.
