We invite scholars worldwide to visit, study, and contribute to the greater human experience. We serve all communities, including the marginalized communities that do not have a chance to study such topics to receive an education in psychology, mindfulness, compassion, contemplative pedagogy, Buddhist studies, and transformative growth. We do research, teach, advocate, and collaborate.
Description
Chung Huong Institute(r) is the only nonprofit organization in the United States that is fully operated by Buddhist renunciates and uniquely integrates the three major Buddhist traditions-Theravāda, Mahāyāna, and Vajrayāna-with contemporary scientific inquiry.
