Role Overview: The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for managing the full volunteer lifecycle-from onboarding to engagement and retention. This role ensures that volunteers feel welcomed, supported, and connected to the mission. The Volunteer Coordinator plays a key role in building a positive and organized experience for all team members. Key Responsibilities: Manage volunteer onboarding process, including sending welcome packets and scheduling welcome calls Maintain volunteer records, agreements, and timesheets Serve as the main point of contact for volunteer questions and concerns Plan and implement strategies for engagement, recognition, and retention Coordinate regular check-ins, updates, and volunteer meetings Work with department leads to match volunteers to roles based on skills and interests Qualifications: Strong organizational and communication skills Experience in volunteer coordination, HR, or nonprofit management (preferred) Friendly, approachable, and detail-oriented Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records Interest in community building and mission-driven work Comfortable working independently in a remote environment What You’ll Gain: Hands-on experience in volunteer and people management A leadership role in shaping a dynamic and collaborative volunteer culture Opportunities to work across departments and expand your nonprofit knowledge Recognition for your contributions and professional references, if desired

Role Overview: The Executive Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the President & CEO and executive leadership team. This role ensures smooth scheduling, efficient communication, and timely follow-up on key initiatives. The Executive Assistant is a trusted partner who helps the leadership team stay focused, organized, and responsive as the organization grows.
