Loving Yourself Forward is a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting vulnerable women, young mothers, children, and marginalized individuals through holistic care and empowerment programs. Rooted in compassion and trauma-informed practices, LYF provides direct intervention, mental health support, educational guidance, and safe spaces for healing and growth.

We believe in walking alongside each person’s journey with dignity and respect, helping them break cycles of abuse, poverty, and neglect. Our programs focus on restoring hope, building life skills, and nurturing resilience so that every individual can move forward with confidence and self-worth. Based in the Philippines and guided by international solidarity, LYF is committed to transforming lives one story at a time.
