Mission Statement
Our mission is to equip each child with sound values, education and life skills, insight and character, in order to become mature, stable and productive members of society, enabling them to reach their full potential. Our vision is to see all learners reach their full potential and develop into fine South African citizens.
Description
African Angels provides a quality primary school education by exceptional teachers for children who will innovate, and be the hope for our future at the African Angels Primary School. African Angels educates children who have limited resources and live in situations that are unimaginable to most of us, yet they are determined to grow into educated, productive and responsible citizens.
Many of the students who have graduated from African Angels have been accepted into, and attend, some of the most prestigious high schools in the country like the Oprah Winfrey Leadership Academy for Girls in Johannesburg. They have qualified for bursaries that allow them to access incredible educational opportunities and break the cycle of poverty they were born into.
Our goal as an organisation is to be authentic partners and collaborators with the community we serve, so that real change is driven and owned by the community.
