Mission Statement

To promote community spirit and provide a wide variety of entertainment by producing events sanctioned by the Mayor and board of Alderman throughout the year.*Coordinate each event by working with volunteer committees. *Coordinate fundraising for the events. *Offer administrative support to committee members. *Handle all press releases and marketing. * Act as liason between the committees and appropriate departments of the City. *Budget decisions will be made and funds will be dispersed at the discretion of the committees. *Each committee will function under its own mission statement.
