Job Overview/Objective: The social media manager/blog writer will work in creating, scheduling, and managing social media content across multiple platforms. They will also be responsible for writing blog posts for the Foundation's website focusing on topics surrounding youth mental health. This role focuses on engaging community members/followers, assisting with fundraising efforts, and assisting with strategy development. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Media Director to create and schedule social media posts on Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube Monitor engagement and respond to comments and messages from followers promptly. Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies and campaigns. Stay informed about industry trends and changes to social media algorithms to optimize content performance. Support organizational fundraising initiatives through targeted social media activities Research, plan, and write blog posts focusing on youth mental health and monitor the website's blog. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or public relations. At least one year of experience developing social media content for a nonprofit organization, specifically in mental health. Proficiency with social media platforms, specifically Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Proficiency with Canva. Proficiency in writing blog posts and posting via WordPress Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Strong initiative and ability to suggest and implement new social media strategies Preferred Skills: Excellent written communication skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Strong analytical and creative thinking skills. Excellent time-management and organization skills.

Job Overview/Objective: The grant writer will work to identify, define, and develop funding sources to support planned and current programs. They will also be leading the development, writing, and submission of private, state, and federal grants. This role focuses on program and organization development. Key Responsibilities: Researches and identifies new government, corporate, foundation, and private funding that match program activities Develop proposals, narratives, applications, and supporting documents in response to the requirements and guidelines of funding agencies. Maintains primary responsibility for grant schedules and tracking grants.
