Background:

Tabasamu is a Swahili word meaning "SMILE" ,Tabasamu Africa is a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) established in 2021 and registered under Tanzania Non-Governmental Organizations act No 24 of 2002 with registration No ooNGO/R/2587. The organization operates in Tanzania mainland with its head office in Arusha. The organization provides various social support in Educational, Healthcare services, Economical, Environmental and Agriculture. We believe people living in poverty deserve the dignity to choose for themselves how best to improve their lives in both Basic health and educational and Capacity building.

Our work

The organization have been working with different partners in health, education, environment, Agriculture and Economic empowerment sectors to ensure organization broader goal. Through years Tabasamu Africa support education program to Most Vulnerable Children in Arusha and Southern part of Tanzania mainland through support from different partners. Tabasamu Africa host volunteers from different part of the world in areas of health experts (Medical ground), Education sector, social work and other core areas, it is through sharing and learning new experience from local setting. The organization is opening volunteer’s opportunities to students and experts from abroad with hospitality learning environment.
