Key Responsibilities: Supervise campers during swim and boating times (lake, pool, or waterfront area). Maintain constant visual surveillance of participants and act quickly in emergencies. Enforce camp and water safety rules in a firm, fair, and consistent manner. Conduct safety checks of waterfront areas and report hazards immediately. Assist with the setup, breakdown, and basic maintenance of waterfront equipment. Provide first aid or CPR as needed until advanced medical help arrives. Participate in brief daily check-ins or safety briefings with camp staff. Demonstrate Christian values through leadership, integrity, and respect. Qualifications: Current Lifeguard Certification (American Red Cross, YMCA, or equivalent). Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certification. Experience working with youth or in a camp setting preferred. Must be at least 18 years old Willingness to uphold Catholic values and be a positive role model. Time Commitment: Sunday: ~2 hours Monday-Thursday: ~3-5 hours/day Friday: ~1 hour No overnight duty; only active during aquatic program blocks. Nurse

Flexible Schedule | McGregor, MN 55760

CYC is looking for multiple nurses to volunteer for different sessions of camp, or one nurse to cover 5 sessions of camp. Duties include helping check in campers with specific medical needs, overseeing and ensuring health and safety of campers, properly administering medications to campers, maintain record of treatement for campers, treating minor cuts/bruises etc, responding to medical emergencies, ensuring basic medical necessities are stocked, and ensure monitoring of campers with any specific medical concerns, and other duties as assigned. All Nurses must be CPR/First Aid Certified and registered in the state of Minnesota.
