Care Initiatives Hospice is committed to providing a high quality of life to patients and their families during their hospice journey. We provide coordinated care with compassion, respect and dignity to patients and their families experiencing serious illness and grief for a loved one.

Care Initiatives was established in 1989 and has 8 offices across the states of Nebraska and Iowa. Care Initiatives is a non-profit which is important to us as we utilize all our resources to care for our patients. Our team of compassionate health care professionals works together to serve patients and families. From personal physicians to counselors and volunteers, we’re committed to providing custom care for enhanced quality of life.
