Description

Journe To is a mobile outreach initiative dedicated to restoring dignity and providing essential services to individuals experiencing homelessness throughout Baltimore City, Maryland. Once our bus has been repaired and renovated, we will take to the streets bringing vital resources directly to those in need, including hot showers, nutritious meals, toiletries, health screenings, and compassionate community support. In the meantime, we are strengthening our outreach team, building rapport in the community, and distributing essential items to those in need. By meeting people where they are, we create a safe and welcoming space that addresses immediate needs while connecting individuals to pathways toward stability and wellbeing. Journe To believes that everyone deserves access to basic human necessities and respectful care, regardless of their current circumstances.
