Description

Leeza's Care Connection is South Carolina's only comprehensive resource and support center offering free services and support for families and caregivers caring for a loved one with a chronic illness like Alzheimer's. Everything we offer for caregiver's and their families is completely FREE including support groups, weekly respite program, wellness programs, lunch and learn workshops, community events, and so much more!
