BarrowFit Exercise Therapy and Wellness is a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the quality of life for individuals living with neurological conditions such as Parkinson’s disease, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), stroke, and other related disorders. We specialize in providing evidence-based exercise programs designed to enhance mobility, strength, balance, and overall well-being.

Recognizing the critical role physical activity plays in managing neurological symptoms, our programs are rooted in the latest research and led by trained professionals who understand the unique challenges faced by this community. In 2023, we proudly launched our Rock Steady Boxing program-an empowering, non-contact boxing fitness program specifically designed to combat the symptoms of Parkinson’s disease.
