Hospice is dedicated to the provision of comprehensive, quality, patient-centered care that is focused on each patient and family's unique needs and palliative care outcomes.
GOAL
The primary goal of Hospice is to be the provider of choice for Hospice services. Hospice will provide care and services to patients, caregivers and families necessary for the palliation and management of the terminal illness and related conditions.
