Delaware Valley Historical Aircraft Association Wings of FreedomAviation Museum Mission Statement Our mission is to preserve the aviation history of the Greater Delaware Valley, Pennsylvania, including the contributions of Harold F. Pitcairn and the men and women who served at NAS Willow Grove, for the education and benefit of future generations. Description of the Organization The Delaware Valley Historical Aircraft Association (DVHAA) is a Pennsylvania non-profit organization. DVHAA headquarters, museum, and aircraft restoration facilities, reside at the former Willow Grove Naval Air Station on Route 611 in Horsham, Pennsylvania. It has federal 501(c)(3) charitable exemption status.
Description
We are a 501c3 all volunteer organization with a vision to expand our current museum building and statically display our 20+ historically significant aircraft and historical artifacts going back to the 1800's. We have a goal to extend out reach via social media. We are looking for an individual with an interest and professional experience in volunteering as our Public Affairs Officer.
