Daytona Beach has the potential to become a true cultural destination. While there are already fantastic offerings, we see an opportunity to build on that foundation. Our goal is to create diverse arts experiences for all ages, enriching the community and making art accessible and exciting for everyone.The RACC will be the heart of this transformation. Picture a building alive with creativity: a cozy café serving beer and wine, lounge spaces filled with couches and local art, and a welcoming atmosphere where you can unwind or be inspired. Art will be everywhere-from galleries to classrooms offering art classes for kids to seniors, with scholarships ensuring access for all. We’ll provide affordable studios and wall space for emerging artists, plus a professional podcast/video production studio for creatives.Nonprofits will find a home here too, with discounted office space promoting collaboration. Our venue will also host private events, adding to the district’s energy. Proceeds will support arts programs in Volusia County Schools, helping students explore their creativity. And every April, we’ll host Arts Voco-a two-week celebration inspired by Art Basel, launching with a gala to honor key arts contributors. Year-round events like festivals, walks, and wine tastings will ensure there’s always something happening.
