Looking for a simple way to make a real difference? Join us for a heartwarming volunteer event hosted by the Live Like Maya Foundation, where your creativity will bring smiles to families staying at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Cincinnati. We’ll be decorating shopping bags and coloring welcome cards that greet children and families as they arrive-families who are going through some of the toughest moments of their lives. No art skills needed-just your heart and helping hands! All supplies provided. Great for individuals, families, or groups. You'll leave knowing you made someone’s day a little brighter. Spots are limited-sign up now to reserve your spot and spread some joy! Can’t attend but still want to help? We’re collecting donations for RMHC’s Craft Station, which helps keep kids engaged and creative during their stay. They’re in need of: Canvas posters Paint brushes Crayons, colored pencils, washable markers, dry erase markers Construction paper, safety scissors, glue sticks Pipe cleaners, googly eyes, cotton balls, popsicle sticks, and more! Serve Beer at Jammin' on the Loop- May 17

May 17th at Depot Square in Sharonville Help out The Live Like Maya Foundation by serving beer from Third Eye Brewery. The event is from 5-10 pm. However, we will need some set up and tear down time. Two shifts 3:30-7:00 pm and 7:00 pm-10:30 pm Jammin' in the Loop will have live music and will be a night of music, drinks, food trucks and fun in the Sharonville Downtown Loop. The Live Like Maya Foundation is committed to funding pediatric cancer research, providing financial assistance to families batteling childhood cancer and continuing Maya's legacy of fostering kindness and goodwill in the community.

The Live Like Maya Foundation is committed to funding pediatric cancer research, providing financial assistance to families of children battling cancer and continuing Maya's legacy of fostering kindness and goodwill within the community.

Description

Some of the organizations that we support include The Ronald McDonald House of Greater Cincinnati, the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital and Cincinnati Children's Hospital.

In the spirit of Maya's Pay it Forward Movement, the foundation also provides support to several local community initiatives such as the local school system, Angel Alley and college scholarships to students in the community who have displayed exemplary life skills such as community service, overcoming obstacles, leadership activities, and family commitment to name a few.
