Mission Statement
Lumoset Foundation empowers individuals and communities by providing education, training, and resources to combat online fraud, scams, and digital threats. Our mission is to equip people with the knowledge and tools to protect themselves, their families, and businesses in today’s digital world. We believe education and awareness are the keys to creating safer online spaces. Through self-paced training, scam prevention resources, and community outreach, we help individuals recognize, prevent, and respond to scams. Join us and be part of a movement to educate and protect communities against online fraud.
Description
Lumoset Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit dedicated to helping individuals and businesses protect themselves from online fraud, scams, and digital threats. Our mission is to provide education, training, and resources to create a safer digital world.
We offer a Scam Prevention Certification, an online training program that helps individuals and businesses detect and prevent scams. Our educational blog and guides provide scam prevention tips and awareness materials. Through community outreach, we partner with businesses and organizations to promote digital safety.
Volunteers gain experience in grant writing, social media, research, and nonprofit work while working remotely with flexible hours. This opportunity strengthens resumes, provides professional references, and allows volunteers to make a real impact by helping people stay safe online.
