Key Responsibilities Grant Research & Proposal Development: Identify potential funding opportunities from government agencies, foundations, and corporate donors. Research grant eligibility requirements, application guidelines, and submission deadlines. Develop compelling and well-researched grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and funding applications. Work collaboratively with program staff to gather relevant data, success stories, and financial information for proposals. Tailor proposals to align with funder priorities and organizational goals. Grant Management & Compliance: Track submitted proposals, deadlines, and funding decisions. Ensure timely submission of grant applications and required reports. Maintain organized records of grant applications, awards, and reporting requirements. Assist with post-award grant management, including compliance, budgeting, and donor communications.
