Mission Statement
The FRIENDS of Harrison Township Public Library recognize the library as the center for culture and learning within our community. The FRIENDS sponsor programs and support new library technologies, while working to enhance our library’s connection to the community.
Description
The FRIENDS are the volunteer base of the library and help connect it to the community. FRIENDS volunteer to work at various fundraisers and community service events throughout the year to promote library awareness and provide funds to support library programming and other expenses not covered by the library budget.
