Mission Statement
We create connections, empowering everyone in the Autism community with the resources needed to live fully. We take pride in creating a world where everyone in the Autism community is connected to the support they need, when they need it.
Description
Our organization is dedicated to supporting individuals with special needs and their families by offering resource toolkits and personalized guidance through our Resource Specialists. We foster inclusive spaces where families can feel comfortable and supported through a variety of in-person and online programs.
Additionally, we provide specialized training, including educating law enforcement and first responders on effective ways to interact with and de-escalate situations involving individuals with Autism. Currently, we are expanding our efforts to train ER hospital staff on how to best assist individuals with Autism during high-stress situations.
For the past six years, we have led a grant-funded initiative called CLASE, which focuses on increasing awareness and education about disabilities within the Latino Spanish-speaking community in the Inland Empire. Through CLASE, we empower 55 community members with training and resources, enabling them to educate and support the families they serve locally.
We are a well-rounded organization committed to making a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals today while advocating for lasting change for the future.
