Helping veterans achieve success and wellbeing through opportunities in sustainable agriculture

Description

The Land At Home Project is part of the veteran-to-farmer movement. We support the military-to-civilian transition, and address the need for increased food production. We help veterans with a pathway to sustainable agriculture. Through education and mentorship, we are cultivating the next crop of American farmers and ranchers.
