Responsibilities: Manage and oversee the organization’s finances, including budgeting and financial planning. Ensure proper financial record-keeping and reporting. Assist with fundraising strategies and donor financial accountability. Monitor cash flow and financial sustainability. Work with accountants, tax preparers, and grant writers as needed. Ideal Candidate: Background in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, or nonprofit financial management. Strong attention to detail and financial compliance. Passionate about helping a nonprofit grow and maintain financial sustainability. Experience with QuickBooks, Excel, or nonprofit financial tools (preferred but not required).
