The Mission of Art on the Prairie is to support and promote the Arts in Central Iowa.

Description

Art on the Prairie is an arts organization based in Perry, IA, featuring its namesake festival on the second weekend in November, showcasing over 100 Iowa artists, musicians and poets in 7 buildings in the downtown Cultural and Historic District.

Art on the Prairie is the product of dedicated artists, entreprenuers, community members and creative individuals. All of these people volunteer time and talents throughout the year before the festival to make it the outstanding artistic, musical and literacy experience that it is.
