What We Want to Build We need a system that can: Automate follow-ups to request missing details (resume, LinkedIn, GitHub). Extract and analyze profiles from resumes, LinkedIn, and GitHub using AI. Match volunteers to projects based on skills and needs. Store and track volunteers in a scalable database (Airtable, Firebase, or PostgreSQL). Who We’re Looking For We need a seasoned professional or experienced engineer who can help architect and build this system. If you have experience with: AI & Machine Learning for resume parsing, NLP, or automation Web scraping & API integration for LinkedIn/GitHub profile extraction Backend development for scalable data storage & workflow automation AI-powered workflow optimization & matching algorithms ...then we’d love to have you on board! Why Volunteer? ✔ Impact-Driven Work - Your skills will help scale our nonprofit’s ability to match volunteers with meaningful projects. ✔ Flexible & Remote - Work on your schedule, no rigid hours. ✔ A Chance to Innovate - This is a first-of-its-kind AI-driven nonprofit tool. Interested? Apply today, and let’s chat about how your expertise can help shape this initiative. Together, we can streamline volunteer engagement and scale impact using AI.
