Down To Work is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to fostering inclusivity and opportunity for individuals with Down syndrome in the workforce. We provide free online weekend courses, mentorship programs, and interview preparation to equip participants with essential job skills. Our platform also serves as an online gallery to showcase the art and writing of individuals with Down syndrome, amplifying their voices and talents. Additionally, donations to Down To Work help fund confidence-building initiatives, including access to plastic surgery for those who seek it. Rooted in a commitment to empowerment and self-sufficiency, we strive to create a world where individuals with Down syndrome are valued, respected, and given the opportunities they deserve.
