Description

Yolo Adult Day Health Center was established in 1984 to support at-risk adults and their families. The goal is to avoid unnecessary placement in nursing homes. Services provided include day health services, transportation, recreation, therapy, lunch, counseling, support groups, education and specialized dementia programs.
