Our mission is to create a partnership which enables individuals at risk and those with disabilities to achieve the enriching experiences of family, personal and community relationships. We seek to empower people through support, education, advocacy and research to attain their fullest potential. We commit to the dignity, independence, and individuality of all those we serve and to caring responses to their changing needs.
