Description

Cornelius Public Library is distinguished by its friendly neighborhood feel and welcoming staff. We are a member of Washington County Cooperative Library Services (WCCLS). WCCLS provides systems that connect all the public libraries in Washington County, including the database of books, digital resources, homebound services, inter-library loans and a daily courier.

The current Library building opened in 2019 and encompasses 13,650 square feet on the first floor of a three-story building that has 45 affordable senior apartments above.

The Library boasts the largest collection of Spanish language books at any one library location in Oregon. The Library has a large children's area, 18 public computers (including 1 Mac), a 100-person public meeting room, four quiet study rooms/work spaces, a Teen Zone, and the Drake Learning Center and Makerspace.
