Mission Statement

Our mission at Brighton Hospice is to provide the best physical, emotional, and spiritual care for our patients and their families. We achieve our mission by hiring the most compassionate and skilled people in the industry who deliver clinical expertise and exceed our patients’ expectations. We cultivate an environment where our team members are valued, respected, and provided personal and professional growth opportunities. Our leaders focus on supporting the clinical team so they can concentrate on patient care. We are always guided by our commitment to excellence.

Description

At Brighton Hospice, we believe that the end of life should be just as beautiful as the beginning. Hospice care provides patients with the quality of life they deserve and freedom from pain as they leave this life.

Brighton Hospice was founded in 2011 by Erin Bennett and Thomas Godfrey. When their paths converged In 2008, they had both already acquired vast amounts of healthcare experience working for large and small hospice companies. Both founders had an entrepreneurial spirit, knew they could raise the standard of patient care, and create a rewarding work environment to attract the best caregivers in the industry.

We have a robust volunteer program that matches patients with volunteers for goals such as companionship, socialization, music therapy, housekeeping, and more! Volunteers can also help with administrative work in our office to support patient care. Come join our group of amazing volunteers who make a difference in the lives of our patients!
