Mission Statement
Our mission is to uplift and support all individuals affected by the criminal justice system, fostering a world where every person is valued, respected, and free to pursue their potential.
Description
Boundless Freedom Project believes that all people, including those locked in cages, are part of the broader human sangha.
We serve more than 500 incarcerated people in 15 prisons across the state of California and New York State by offering Buddhist teachings, meditative movement, ethics, and mindfulness practices.
Our programs offer comprehensive support and resources aimed at empowering individuals impacted by incarceration. Through mindfulness, creative expression, and community-building initiatives; we foster healing, resilience, and a sense of belonging among participants living in carceral facilities and outside communities.
