Description

"I Am Legacy PTCA was founded to ignite and sustain generational wellness in our community. Our goal is to provide families with the resources, education, and support they need to overcome challenges and thrive. We run impactful programs like the Legacy Pathways Program, which connects families to essential resources and career support, and Birthed to Be Bright, which provides diaper bundles, hygiene products, and school supplies to those in need. Through our Family Advocacy Program, we offer case management, goal-setting support, and peer-to-peer mentorship. We've already made a difference in Dougherty, Lee, Terrell, Baker, and Worth Counties, helping countless families find stability and success. With your help, we can expand our impact and change even more lives."
