Role Overview We are seeking a talented and committed WordPress Developer to manage and enhance our existing website ( www.tildacare.org). Your contributions will ensure our mission, events, and impact are effectively communicated to donors, partners, and the public. Responsibilities Maintain and update the existing WordPress website for optimal performance. Improve site navigation, design, and user experience to align with the foundation's mission. Implement new features and functionalities as needed. Ensure mobile responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility. Collaborate with the team to update content, including events, campaigns, and news. Monitor website analytics and suggest improvements for greater engagement. Requirements Proficiency in WordPress development (themes, plugins, and customizations). Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript. Experience with responsive design and optimizing website performance. Familiarity with SEO best practices.
