Mission Statement
Our mission is to provide hands-on support through our veteran-led equestrian program to our active and retired military members who have sustained service-related mental and physical injuries.
Description
You can support our cause by donating your time! We always need help with lessons, taking care of the horses, and with support work. If you have any time at all to donate, fill out the volunteer form and we will contact you. You don’t have to be a horse person to sign up, but we know you will be when you meet our warhorses!
The people and horses of WarHorses for Heroes make up an ever-growing family that strives to serve our veterans in every way possible. Our instructors and volunteers create a safe and therapeutic environment while keeping it fun and relaxed.
Anyone can be a part of the family by donating to support our cause or by volunteering your time doing anything from assisting the instructors to feeding the horses to maintaining the facilities to helping with day-to-day operations and events!
