Description

Since 2018, Lend A Secondhand, Inc. has provided families in need with essential clothing, shoes, and gear. Born out of a vision to support our community, we believe no one should face challenges without the resources to meet their basic needs. What began as a small effort to support a few families has grown into a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization with a mission to serve hundreds of families annually. Over the years, our work has been fueled by the generosity of donors, the dedication of volunteers, and the resilience of the families we serve.

Our Programs Include Clothing Distribution Events, Seasonal Campaigns, Volunteer Leadership Opportunities, a young women’s Mentorship League, and Youth Engagement.

Throughout the years, we've distributed thousands of clothing items and shoes to families in need, recognized community leaders and volunteers through the annual Heart Work Award for their outstanding support, partnered with schools, churches, and local organizations to expand our reach and maximize impact and developed a dedicated volunteer network that has significantly impacted lives across our community.
