About GLOW (Growing Leading Optimistic Women):

GLOW is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering women and girls to heal, grow, and thrive through trauma-informed care, physical activity, and community engagement. Our mission is to turn struggles into strengths by fostering resilience, leadership, and personal growth.

Our Programs:

* Jumping Through Trauma: Our flagship program combines activities like jump rope and yoga with trauma-informed care to help women and girls build resilience, improve mental and physical health, and connect in a supportive community.

* From Mess to Message (Coming Soon): This project will guide participants in transforming personal challenges into narratives of strength and purpose through workshops, storytelling, and reflection.

Our Goals:

We aim to support healing, promote wellness, and provide tools for individuals to turn their challenges into meaningful contributions to their communities.
