Role Overview: As the Team Manager / Project Manager, youâ€(tm)ll oversee a team of marketing, communications, and social media specialists working to amplify HydraEarthâ€(tm)s mission. Youâ€(tm)ll be responsible for managing team tasks, ensuring progress on campaigns, and helping maintain alignment with our goals. This role is an excellent opportunity to support a meaningful cause while developing your leadership and project management skills. Key Responsibilities: - Team Coordination: Manage the day-to-day activities of the marketing and social media team. - Strategy Implementation: Ensure marketing efforts align with HydraEarth's mission and goals. - Progress Tracking: Monitor the team's progress and provide feedback to ensure deadlines are met. - Resource Management: Support team members with necessary tools and resources. - Performance Reporting: Provide regular updates on team progress to leadership. - Team Development: Coach and mentor team members for professional growth. Qualifications: - Strong organizational and leadership skills. - Experience managing teams, particularly in a marketing or communications setting. - Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication skills and a passion for environmental sustainability. - Familiarity with social media and digital marketing tools is helpful. We aim to build hands-on training programs and partnerships to empower individuals, especially from underrepresented communities, with the skills needed to drive the future of clean energy and water innovation. We are looking for passionate volunteers to join our team as we develop and launch our core programs. Whether you have experience in project management, program development, or stakeholder engagement-or are eager to grow in these areas-we invite you to apply! Open Volunteer Roles: 1. Program Developer Help design and build innovative training and workforce development programs focused on clean energy, water sustainability, and environmental careers. Key Responsibilities: * Research and design program content. * Develop frameworks for hands-on training, internships, and partnerships. * Collaborate with the team to align program goals with community and industry needs. 2. Project Manager Support the planning and coordination of HydraEarth Network’s key initiatives. Key Responsibilities: * Track project timelines, deliverables, and milestones. * Coordinate across team members and partners to ensure smooth execution. * Assist with grant applications, proposals, and reporting. 3. External Relations Manager Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and supporters. Key Responsibilities: * Identify potential partners in clean energy, water, and workforce sectors. * Represent HydraEarth Network in meetings, events, and outreach efforts. * Support external communications and collaboration efforts.
