Rockwood Common is a resource sharing collective. We strengthen neighborhood resilience through free access to tools and skill development workshops.

Description

Rockwood Common empowers the Gresham community with access to tools, skills, and workspace that might otherwise be financially or practically out of reach through community-driven resource-sharing initiatives. This approach fosters personal growth, professional development, and environmental sustainability while strengthening community ties.

In September 2024, our mobile tool library opened with over 450 free tools for construction & crafting, renovation & repair, and gardening.
Our workshop programs gather community members and skilled professionals to teach tool use and repair projects.
