About Us: Destiny Care Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that provides services to our aging population in Southern California that are homebound & not covered under Medicare, hospice, palliative, or home health. Since we began serving our communities, we have seen increasing concerns about our senior population. Some seniors are underinsured, live alone, and cannot provide necessities such as cooking, cleaning, and bathing, which Medicare does not cover. Destiny Care Foundation created a "Sponsor a Senior" program to enhance the quality of life for seniors sixty-five and older who fall under these circumstances. Destiny Care Foundation has served the community by providing.

* Freshly cooked meals, Temporary assistance with rent and utilities ,Haircuts,Temporary in-home services with qualified caregivers, Bereavement support, Cremation service expenses, Hair Cuts, Educational material to keep our seniors informed about their health and wellness, and medical equipment not covered by Medicare for our seniors.  If we are considered, we are seeking Volunteer for Grant writing/research and Community Outreach.
