About the Position Our church is seeking a dedicated and community-minded Grassroots Follow-Up Staff to engage with members in the local community. The ideal candidate will support new and existing members, fostering connections and encouraging their involvement in church activities. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, fluency in at least one local language and Nigerian Pidgin, and a commitment to creating a welcoming and inclusive environment. Key Responsibilities Conduct follow-ups with community members through home visits and weekly calls (call allowance provided). Help members integrate into the church by encouraging engagement with services and activities. Use local languages and Nigerian Pidgin to communicate effectively with community members. Report to the church once weekly to provide updates and receive further instructions. Maintain organized records of follow-ups, including calls and visits. Key Qualifications Strong interpersonal skills with a welcoming and approachable attitude. Fluency in at least one local language and Nigerian Pidgin. Ability to work independently and manage follow-up activities effectively. Organizational skills to maintain accurate records.
