Mission Statement

To inspire confidence, cultivate essential life skills, and promote resilience in every girl. Through dynamic programs, we provide opportunities for girls to explore new passions, elevate their self-esteem, and broaden their perspectives. At the heart of our work is the belief that every girl is a powerful force for change. With H.E.R. standing for Hope, Empowerment, and Resilience, Encourage H.E.R Academy strives to develop leaders who excel across all facets of life--academically, socially, emotionally, physically, and economically--preparing them to make lasting, positive impacts on their communities and the world.
