Description
Our CBRF is a licensed 15 bed Class A Semi-ambulatory group home serving adult men diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, and substance abuse.
Our Supported Apartment Program in the Appleton community helps residents to maintain independent community living to the resident’s fullest potential. Serving adult men and women diagnosed with severe and persistent mental illness, developmental disabilities, traumatic brain injury, and substance abuse.
