Do you love spending time with others? Many patients and families have a need for the offer of comfort and companionship during the end of life. YOU can provide support to these families in Pierce County through a variety of ways, including through conversation, musical support, accompanying reading poetry/scriptures, sitting with patient while their loved one runs an errand, and many other ways. AccentCare in Tacoma offers a variety of ways to invest in your local community and connect with like-minded people united by a desire to give back. Indirect Hospice Volunteer

Do you love helping others? Many patients and families have a need for support at the end of life. YOU can provide support to these families in Pierce County through a variety of ways, including through providing general office support, making our weekly Circle of Care calls to families to see if they need any supplies or medications, by making bereavement calls, and/or by sewing memory bears as legacies to leave with families. These are just a few of the many opportunities available. AccentCare Home Hospice has three offices in the area, in Tacoma, Lynnwood, and Renton. We offer a variety of ways to invest in your local community and connect with like-minded people united by a desire to give back. Do you have any of the following skills?: Music Companions Reiki Volunteers Massage Therapist volunteers Pet Therapy volunteers End-of-life doulas Vet to Vet Volunteers YOU can provide support to these families in Pierce, King or Snohomish County through and of these special skills and more.
