Mission Statement

The Festival of Trees Prescott is an annual holiday community event where local businesses come together to celebrate Prescott’s heritage as Arizona’s Christmas City, by creating a beautifully decorated forest of Christmas trees and wreaths.

Description

Attendees can SHOP the designer trees and wreaths, vote for their favorites and visit with Santa, enjoy live entertainment, raffles, craft ornaments, take their photos at our holiday selfie station, and more.

Festival of Trees Prescott is a 501 (c)(3) helping other local nonprofits. Each year Festival Trees Prescott chooses another local nonprofit to benefit from this event.

Our 2024 Nonprofit Beneficiary
Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary is instrumental in supporting local wildlife to provide sanctuary for non-releasable wildlife and
to help ensure the future of wildlife in general.

The Sanctuary’s motto is "Conservation through Education," and it is a mission that their facility services with pride. Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary offers a home for animals who have no other. This sanctuary is working to give something back - helping to restore some balance and trying to tip back the scales for animals who have lost so much. Through educating the public, Heritage Park Zoological Sanctuary hopes to help ensure the sustained existence of wildlife species throughout the world.

HPZS is celebrating 35 years of servicing the wildlife in our community. The sanctuary relies solely on the support of the community through sponsorships, events, admission, memberships, educational programs, grants and donations to continue to support the 200+ animals on the grounds, assist with rescues of more than 400 animals a year and provide educational services to the community.
