This vital role involves collaborating with local businesses, schools, and community leaders to promote coalition activities and events. You will help develop marketing strategies, manage social media campaigns, and organize community events. We are seeking enthusiastic local residents to join The Lehi Cares Coalition, a prevention initiative through Lehi City and the Lehi City Police Department. In this role, you will help prevent problems in youth before they start. We are addressing issues such as Drug Use, Delinquency, School Dropout and Suicide. The Lehi Cares PR Workgroup meeting is held just prior to the general Lehi Cares Coalition meeting. The meetings are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 5 and 6 PM, respectively. - Design and implement engaging marketing strategies - Build partnerships with local businesses and schools - Coordinate community awareness events

Have a Heart for Building Stronger Communities and Uplifting Youth? We are looking for dedicated volunteers to participate in the Lehi Cares Coalition as one of our workshop facilitators. As a facilitator, you'll conduct sessions that help parents connect with their children, fostering stronger family ties and setting clear behavioral standards to reduce youth problem behaviors. If you have a background in psychology, social work, education, or simply a passion for family dynamics, this role offers a chance to directly influence and support family growth and resilience in our community. Training will be provided and ongoing. We are seeking enthusiastic local residents to join The Lehi Cares Coalition, a prevention initiative through Lehi City and the Lehi City Police Department. In this role, you will help prevent problems in youth before they start. We are addressing issues such as Drug Use, Delinquency, School Dropout and Suicide. - Lead interactive workshops for parents and families - Teach proven strategies for stronger parent-child connections - Guide families in setting clear behavioral standards Membership in the Lehi Cares Coalition includes attending monthly meetings which are held the 3rd Tuesday of each month at 6 PM. Facilitators lead workshops based on their availability.

Description
We’re a community change coalition that helps to prevent youth problems before they start. We’re a group that’s made up of people just like you. We either have kids, work with kids, or just care about kids and making our city a better place. Together with sponsorship from Lehi City government, we make up a community coalition that’s focused on decreasing the numbers of youth in Lehi who engage in things like delinquency, violence, alcohol and other drug use, school dropout, depression/anxiety, teen pregnancy and suicide.
