Description

Thank you for your interest in Sisterhood in Success, a nonprofit based in Philadelphia. Our mission is to empower and uplift Black women through mentorship, professional development, and mental health support. We create safe spaces for Black women to overcome challenges and grow into the leaders they are meant to be.

Our History
Founded by Rachel Caesar, who has over 20 years of experience advocating for underserved communities, Sisterhood in Success addresses the unique struggles of Black women in the workplace and beyond.

Our Goals
- Mentorship: Connecting women with mentors through Sister Match to provide guidance and support.
- Mental Health Support: Helping women access mental health resources through Sister Health.
- Professional Development: Offering workshops to foster leadership, self-care, and growth.

Our Programs
- Sister Match: A mentorship program that helps Black women navigate personal and professional challenges.
- Sister Health: A mental health initiative linking women with culturally competent providers.
- Support Groups: Monthly meetings with guest speakers that focus on leadership and well-being.

Achievements
- 40 active members and growing interest in our programs.
- Partnerships with The Lapido Group and more collaborations in progress.
- Conducting research on the impact of toxic workplaces on Black women.
