Mission Statement

Reengage all students in Julius Chambers High School, educational experience. This means identifying where they are, and what they need, and delivering a system that can support them. Ensure a safe, orderly, engaging school environment for all members of the team and family, by stabilizing existing processes and creating new systems as needed. With the input of stakeholders, develop and deliver a bold plan that cements the path of innovation and excellence for the 2024-2025 school year.

Our shared goal is to enhance outcomes for marginalized students, and we’ll achieve this by embracing our mission of Service, Justice, Industry, and Scholarship. By dedicating ourselves to this mission, our shared vision is to ensure every student is prepared for their future-whether that means continuing their education (Enrollment), entering the workforce (Employment), joining the military (Enlisted), or starting their own business (Entrepreneurship). We’re here to offer diverse opportunities and empower students to excel in all areas of their lives on IBM DRIVE.
