PassionLA empowers urban youth to become leaders of hope and transformation in their communities. Our vision is to build a movement of emotionally healthy, Christ-led change agents within urban environments. We aim to equip young people with the tools to not only change their lives but also the trajectory of their neighborhoods. Through programs like Passion Life Skills, Passion Faith, Passion Leadership, and Passionate Leaders Network, we support local youth workers in low-income areas, helping them teach essential life skills, guide students in following Christ, and provide leadership training. Our initiatives include mentoring, emotional support, and resources to foster homegrown leaders capable of creating lasting change. Urban youth face significant challenges, from violence to poverty, while faith-based leaders often lack the resources to address these issues. We believe that nurturing local leaders from these communities is key to unlocking positive transformation. Passion SoCal serves South LA, Watts, East LA, El Monte, and parts of Orange County (Santa Ana, Fullerton, San Juan Capistrano). In each location, we run teen centers offering tutoring, life skills, social-emotional learning, and faith-based programs. We also provide leadership training for young adults to develop into community leaders.
