Livestream Operator/Producer in The Blessed House International Church’s Media Team! Are you passionate about creativity, technology, and making a difference? About this role The Livestream Operator ensures that our services are broadcast seamlessly to our online audience. At The Blessed House, we use Vmix software to manage the livestream process. This role requires attention to detail and technical expertise. Duties: Set up and manage Vmix for broadcasting services to online platforms. Operate cameras, switch between video feeds, and manage transitions during live broadcasts. Ensure high-quality audio and video synchronization for livestream viewers. Monitor streaming quality and troubleshoot any issues with internet connections or software. Collaborate with the Lyrics Operator to ensure lyrics and sermon points appear on the livestream. Capture and edit sermon highlights or special moments during live services. Test livestream functionality before each service to ensure a smooth broadcast. Adjust lighting and camera angles to enhance the visual presentation. Manage recordings of the service for later distribution on YouTube or social media. Provide feedback to the media team on how to improve the livestream experience. No experience? No problem! We provide training for all volunteers, ensuring you're equipped with the skills needed to excel. All volunteers must be members of The Blessed House International Church and will be required to complete a 5-week Spiritual Development Course before being fully integrated into the team. Create visuals for sermon series, events, and announcements that align with the church's branding. Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to design shareable content for online platforms. Develop visual assets for livestreams, including lower-thirds, title cards, and transitions. Create flyers, banners, and posters for both physical and digital distribution. Ensure all designs are consistent with The Blessed House International Church's visual identity. Edit and refine photos provided by photographers for use in various media. Work with the Lyrics Operator to design backgrounds for song lyrics and sermon slides. Stay updated on graphic design trends to keep the church’s visual content fresh and modern. This role is critical for creating an atmosphere where the congregation can engage fully in worship. Duties: Set up, test, and adjust microphones, sound levels, and audio signals. Monitor live sound levels during services to ensure clarity and balance. Coordinate with musicians, vocalists, and speakers for optimal sound quality. Troubleshoot any audio issues that may arise during live services or recordings. Control and monitor effects such as reverb, delay, or EQ based on the acoustics of the space. Adjust audio for livestreaming services to ensure a high-quality experience for online viewers. Maintain and repair audio equipment, ensuring it is in top working condition. Work closely with the Livestream Operator and DAW Mixer to ensure a seamless audio experience across platforms. No experience? No problem! We provide training for all volunteers, ensuring you're equipped with the skills needed to excel. All volunteers must be members of The Blessed House International Church and will be required to complete a 5-week Spiritual Development Course before being fully integrated into the team.
